Best Price Guaranteed

After booking a ticket on website, if you find on the same day of your purchase, an equivalent offer for travel on the same flights at a lower price on another website, Air France will offer you a travel voucher equivalent to the amount of the difference plus INR 2,500. This guarantee applies for a difference of at least INR 500 on an Air France ticket for travel on the same dates and subject to the same fare conditions or restrictions. Guarantee requirements:

All claims ("Claims") submitted under this "Best Price Guaranteed" promotion ("Guarantee") must fulfill all the aforesaid requirements, and should be submitted in accordance with the processing procedures, stated in these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") in order to qualify for the Guarantee. By submitting a Claim, the passenger submitting the Claim ("Claiming Passenger") agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Any Claim which does not adhere strictly to the Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to be void. All Claims must be received by Air France by midnight (India time) on the same day the Air France ticket is purchased from the website ("Air France Ticket"). For a Claim to be valid, Air France (and not Claiming Passenger) must be able to independently verify (i) the availability of the lower price published on the website in question ("Non-Air France Website") at the time of receipt of the Claim by Air France and (ii) that such lower price does not exist on the website.Any other evidence submitted by the Claiming Passenger (via fax, phone or screenshot), or evidence submitted otherwise than in accordance with the procedures specified under these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted. TheGuarantee shall only be valid if the lower price published on the Non-Air France Website relates to an Air France ticket for the exact same flight(s), travel date(s), itinerary, booking class, and fare conditions/ restrictions, which can be purchased on the same day as the Air France Ticket and is priced in the same currency as the Air France Ticket ("Comparable Ticket"). The Guarantee is only valid if the Claim is made by the passenger stated on the Air France Ticket. The Guarantee only applies to Air France Tickets, purchased from an Indian online point of sale*, for flights exclusively operated by Air France and which originate from India.
* Point of Sale nationality is determined by IATA number

Guarantee offer:

This guarantee applies only for a fare difference of at least INR 500. There is no maximum limit for a request. For the purpose of determining the Difference, all taxes, service fees and any other applicable surcharges will be included in the price of the Comparable Ticket but credit card surcharges (if any) shall be excluded.
If after receiving a Claim, Air France is satisfied in its absolute discretion that such Claim is valid and approves such Claim, Air France will issue to the Claiming Passenger a "Travel Voucher" of an amount equivalent to the aggregate of the Difference plus INR 2,500. In order to book a flight using the "Travel Voucher", please contact the Air France Booking offices. The "Travel Voucher" will be valid for one year from the date of issue for full or partial payment of an Air France ticket and no extension of the validity period will be granted. Air France shall not be obliged to replace a "Travel Voucher" for any reason once it has been issued. The "Travel Voucher" is personal to the Claiming Passenger to whom it has been issued and is non-transferable and non-assignable. By using the "Travel Voucher", the Claiming Passenger to whom it has been issued is deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions and such other terms and conditions which Air France may impose from time to time to govern the use of the "Travel Voucher" and this Guarantee, and shall comply with the same. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions or the terms and conditions governing the use of a "Travel Voucher" by the Claiming Passenger shall immediately render the "Travel Voucher" issued to him or her void and invalid. The "Travel Voucher" shall be the sole and exclusive benefit available under the Guarantee.

Submitting a claim:

The procedure and the information required to be communicated to Air France in the Claim is available on website on the “Best Price Guaranteed” page. All Claims must include the requisite information and be sent by e-mail to the following email address: After receiving the request for the Claim, Air France web support will contact you via e-mail. Air France reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be immediately verified or for which you have provided incomplete information. All claims must be sent by midnight (India Time) on the same day the original ticket is purchased. Claims may not be made or submitted through any other means except in the manner set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Guarantee exceptions:

The Best Price Guaranteed only applies to fares available to the general public and with a price difference greater than INR 500.

Prices not available for the general public include:
- Special fares (corporate discount fares, soldiers, Ethnic Students, Typological and other discount codes)
- Package fares
- fares sold as part of a travel package (and customized flights)
- Fares where the carrier or itinerary details are unknown until after purchase and other discount fares
- Corporate fares, meetings and conference fares, wholesaler fares and other discount fares

Other conditions:

Air France reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time without notice.


Under no circumstances will Air France be liable for any expenses incurred following the cancellation of a booking, and for all bookings made on a website other than This is a goodwill offer and shall not entitle you to damages, compensation or claims for consequential loss, deficiency in service etc. on any account.
