Three-starred chef Antoine Westermann presents a restaurant which focuses on the humble chicken. Armed with his unique imagination and countless recipes each as original as the other, Westermann wonderfully prepares chicken in all its forms.
Go for the roasted chicken – whole or in pieces – there are at least three different kinds (Challans, Bresse, Bourgueil, etc). It is served with its own jus, home fries, macaroni gratin, or green salad in the warmer season. You can also rediscover chicken soup, chicken broth, chicken vol-au-vent, chicken terrine, chicken livers, and many other poultry variations.
And because there can be no chicken without eggs (or is it the other way around?), there are many egg dishes to choose from as well: sunny side up, boiled, fried, or Russian style, served with delicious mayonnaise and mixed crunchy vegetables.
