An intimate atmosphere awaits you on the beach in Deshaies, looking over this exceptional bay. In these magnificent surroundings, La Savane invites you on a delicious culinary journey, in a setting that is equally enticing. Natural materials are in the spotlight, particularly wood, which dresses the floors and walls. The safari-inspired furniture is in the same hues.

At the bar, beware of the gorilla, which serves as a seat. The welcoming atmosphere is thanks to the chef Vincent Potiron, who is always smiling. There are no menus here, but refined and reimagined dishes like the crispy foie gras with mango chutney or the marlin steak with its honey and ginger vinaigrette.

In its quest for quality, the restaurant selects the very best fresh produce from around Guadeloupe. This is used in dishes such as the sublime desserts that reveal the full extent of the chef's pastry talents – he learned his trade in prestigious Parisian establishments including Lenôtre and Dalloyau. Be prepared for a festival of flavours capped off with crème brulée perfumed with lime, a mango emulsion, or pineapple with basil.
