Art Cologne

Traditionally, Art Cologne has been a key event for discovering, admiring and buying modern and contemporary works of art.
In 2015, the fair had 56,000 visitors. Some 200 galleries will be represented in the different sections of the show.
The first section contains Galleries and is devoted to permanent galleries, while the second section, New Contemporaries, is for galleries founded in the 21st century. The final section, known as New Positions, displays works by young emerging artists.
Since 2014, the fair has also offered a new section dedicated to cinematographic art, displaying works from the last 50 years of video art.
The fair is accompanied by a series of events in the museums of Cologne and throughout the Rhineland. A must-see cultural event.
